PUBLIC PARKING:  Free with Handicapped spaces available  ADMISSION: $1.00 for everyone; Children Under 6 are Free

EXHIBITOR PARKING:     Vehicles, campers or trailers must park in designated areas behind all buildings.
Building #1 enters 6/1 and Building #3 enters 6/4.  Outside vendors may park beside their booth space ONLY if they PAY for the space they utilize. We provide PAID PARKING BETWEEN BUILDINGS at $20 per weekend.

Each space is accessible to the public with an aisle on both sides.
You must purchase a minimum of two booths to secure a corner accessible to the public on three sides.

RESERVATIONS:
All dealers must provide their company name, individual name, complete address and telephone number.  All telephone reservations must be paid within (5) five business days from time of reservation.  Space will NOT be SECURED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Monthly vendors are required to pay the next month’s rent in advance by 5:00 P.M. on Sunday IN FULL OR SPACE WILL NOT BE HELD.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS:
Spaces are assigned on a seniority basis; the more times you are in the market the more likely you are to get the space you want. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDINGS AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.

EXHIBITOR SET-UP HOURS:
Thursday and Friday    8:00 AM  –  5:00 PM ;    Saturday    8:00 AM  –   9:00 PM
Dealers must be setup prior to Friday at 5:00 PM or move in by hand or with a 2-wheel dolly.  Please call in advance and let us know if you will be arriving on Saturday.
We will HOLD YOUR SPACE UNTIL 8:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING. After 8:00AM the SPACE AND MONEY ARE FORFEITED. FOUR WHEEL CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING PUBLIC HOURS.

CANCELLATIONS:
All Cancellations must be made thirty days before the show. 
Without a thirty day notice your money will NOT be rolled over except for emergencies approved by management.

ROLLOVERS:
Rollovers only apply to permanent dealers. To be a permanent dealer you must have shown one year or twelve months consecutively, then you will be allowed two (2) rollovers with payment in advance to retain guaranteed permanent space per year.  After that, space will no longer be guaranteed permanently unless agreed upon by management as an emergency. Payment will be rolled over only twice a year regardless of reason.

BOOTH BREAKDOWN:
All dealers must keep their booths open during entire show hours.  All dealers are required to clean up their rental booth and space. All garbage, trash, and papers should be picked up and disposed of in one of the market’s garbage containers located throughout the building.  All booths must be manned and must remain intact during show hours.  Dealers packing early without permission will not be allowed in future shows.

BOOTH ELECTRICITY:All booths are accessible to electricity.  Please bring your own extension cords. 

SECURITY:
Please bring covers for your merchandise.  Night security is provided by police officers. Video Surveillance and security alarms are set on all entrances of each building.

CAMPERS:
Campers MUST check in and pay for parking area prior to booth set up or you will forfeit your vendor rights.  Campers will be charged $15.00 for first night/10.00 for each additional night for parking space and electrical hook-up.  This must be paid in advance at the check in area.  You will receive a parking ticket with your outlet number on it to put in your windshield in order to receive electricity. 

CHILDREN:
Please keep your children in your rented space at all times.  If we have a problem with your child after the first warning, we reserve the right to take your space.

NOISE:Loud or boisterous noises are prohibited including demonstration of sound and musical equipment.

CHURCH SERVICES:
ALL Dealers are invited to attend Church services at 8:30 AM in Building #5 at the front concession followed by a breakfast buffet. Free Coffee & doughnuts will also be served to all dealers on Sundays in Build #1 & #3 at check in areas.

NEWSLETTERS:A newsletter with new rules, notices and dealer information will be at your check in area.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:
1.NO FOOD SALES UNLESS AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO SHOW BY MANAGEMENT.
  Food vendors MUST send us a copy of your food permit.
2.Dynamite or other explosive materials.
3.Dangerous or poisonous chemicals or any other items that could be hazardous to the public.
4.Offensive books and materials.
5.Illegal , stolen , or any type of counterfeit items. (purses, T-shirts ,sunglasses, etc.)
6.Alcoholic Beverages and/or ANY Drug related paraphernalia.

DEALERS PROPERTY AND LIABILITY:
Dealers agree to obey all rules and regulations as set forth by the Flea Market management. Management makes no warranties as to the condition of show facilities.  Dealers agree to accept the facility as is and to hold Tupelo Flea Market harmless for any damages or loss resulting from fire, theft, or condition of facility.  Dealers acknowledge that they are assuming a known risk regarding acts of God, including but not limited to floods, lightning, tornado, wind and ice.

MISSISSIPPI SALES TAX:
Tax envelopes will be at your check in area and should be dropped in the tax boxes at your check in area.
The Mississippi Tax Commission would like for you to pay taxes due by check in order to help them keep more accurate records.  Please make all checks payable to the Tupelo Flea Market.  If you are paying by cash, be sure to SEAL your envelope. PLEASE TURN IN A TAX ENVELOPE WITH YOUR NAME AND SPACE NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE.
**A TAX I.D. NUMBER IS NOT NEEDED**

REMEDIES FOR VIOLATION OF FLEA MARKET RULES:
Should a dealer violate any of the Flea Market rules, the Flea Market shall be entitled to any of the following
non-exclusive remedies:
1.Termination of the dealer’s privileges and removal of dealer from the premises.
2.Dealer shall be responsible for any costs, claims, or damages that arise out of, directly or indirectly,
  its failure to comply with the Flea Market Rules.
4.Dealer, upon notice of the Flea Market Manager, is required to cease any activity, which, in the opinion of
  the manager, violates the Flea Market Rules.
3.We are a smoke-free facility.
3.We DO NOT allow the sale or entry of any animals considered vicious (Example: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc.)
